[Autopass] [Proposal] [Hengeyokai] Ambassadors from the Hengeyokai to Other Groups

Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii, as the Hengeyokai Coordinator, Leonard Helding, I do propose the following:

An adjustment to the Character Bylaws to make Ambassadors from the Hengeyokai to any other groups Coordinator Approval.

1. Ambassador from the Hengeyokai to Other Groupings (Garou Nation, Ahadi, etc.) - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Hengeyokai

Rationale:

Currently, there is no restrictions on the position of Ambassador. While, to my knowledge, this has not been abused, I would like to close this before that becomes a problem. Additionally, the current Ambassadors where appointed under the office of the Changing Breeds Coordinator and several have their Binding Agreements with that office still; there is no real way to force the change to have them under the office of the Hengeyokai Coordinator. I am not allowing Grandfathering so that we can correct that issue at the same time.
