Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw §3.C.iii, I, Dora Jay, as Changing Breeds Coordinator, do so propose the following. This proposal had the potential to autopass but it has been objected to and as such, does not currently have the ability to autopass.

FROM
- Extended Play Supernatural Possessed - PC: Majority Vote - NPC: Coordinator Notify - Coordinator: Changing Breeds
- Considered to be continued play beyond 6 months from the date the character comes to fall under one of these categories. The vote needs to be proposed before the 6 months mark or be shelved until the vote concludes.
- Any supernatural entity possessed or inhabited by a Triatic or Gaian Spirit or gaining Spirit-based powers, benefits, or taints in a manner consistent with being a Kami, Drone or Fomori. Does not include any creature defined elsewhere in the bylaws as Semi-Supernatural.
- Triatic Spirits are defined as Spirits of the Weaver, Wyld, or Wyrm.
- Does not apply to supernatural and human Gorgons as they are created exclusively from naturally occurring animals, plants, or minerals.

Justification

This proposal is being made to address an unintentional loophole in the bylaws as it applies to this aspect of genre.
Because of the strength of some of the charms available to Fomori (see: Homogeneity), I believe we need a tracking system and upper limit on such PCs to maintain genre stability.
This is not a limit on ST tool sets (as that's remaining notify!) but it does place a limit on higher end Fomori semi supernatural PCs to maintain genre stability in the org as a whole.

Grandfathering

This proposal includes Partial Grandfathering.
All PCs grandfathered will be allowed to 'start' their 6 month timer prior to requiring a council vote to continue onward as if they had just become Fomori.
