Some chronicles allow for their players to develop customized powers for their characters. The following is a compilation of player created custom content in OWBN. At this time, custom content that is created and/or used by vampire PC's is required to be listed.
Custom Vicissitude Modification: Draconic Wings
Requirements: Two Fleshcrafters with Bodycrafts 5+, Once of which must have Vicissitude 7+
This modification fills two Modification slots in games that use such
Dragons have always been associated with the Tzimisce clan. A few Fiends of the Carpathians developed this body Modification that harkens to their draconic imagery. The Tzimisce causes the blood, flesh, and bones in their back to grow and spread with two large draconic or bat-like wings. For a time the vampire may fly with these wings in the night sky.
System: The vampire expends 3 blood points; the vampire gains the wings of a dragon. The wings allow flight at up to 15 miles/25 kilometers per hour – 21 meters per turn and can hovering, as well as carry up to 20lbs.10 kilograms. The wings while active may not be hidden by mundane clothes or armor. nor will they bear the weight of a Zulo form.
