MET Mechanics:
You may spend 1 Blood and 1 Willpower to activate this power. For the next scene or hour, a number of target Kindred equal or less than your dots of Subturfuge temporarily learn Obfuscate levels 1-3. In addition, you may select up to one Obfuscate-related Merit, such as False Reflections, that you have; they temporarily gain that Merit (though they may not share it by any means.)
