MET Mechanics:
System: When a Vicissitude power is attempted on the possessor of this technique the defender may choose to spend a permanent Willpower to ignore the effects. This power is always active.
You cannot learn this power if you possess Viscissitude. If you ever learn Viscissitude you lose this power. If at any time you no longer have Vicissitude you may be taught.
