Custom Combination Discipline / Technique
Some chronicles allow for their players to develop customized powers for their characters. The following is a compilation of player created custom content in OWBN. At this time, custom content that is created and/or used by vampire PC's is required to be listed.

While outside, the user combines a fine mixture of tobacco and the guano or droppings of their flight form type. Over three turns while mimicking an animal's behavior in ritualized dance or other form (example running with arms outstretched, mimicking a bird in flight), the vampire spends one point of blood which is combined with the mixture and all of it transforms into a scented mist.
During the process the vampire can infuse the mist with a hidden message (no more than 23 words). All Gangrel in a wide area (with this combo) can catch the scent via the merit, Acute Sense(smell) or with Heightened Senses (smell) and understand the message. Once the Blood Point is spent, it is considered expended and is not considered vitae any longer. The scented mist is destroyed by the morning's sun.
The tobacco mixture may be prepared in advance and is often carried in a pouch which holds enough for several uses. The blood must be spent at the time of the message being sent.
