Sometimes, there just aren't enough hours in the day for a Kairos to get done what they need to. To give them an extra leg up on the clock, an enterprising Cainite created this power to give himself and his crew a few extra seconds by cheating the hands of time.
System: The Kairos spends 1 Willpower Trait and makes a Static Physical Challenge against a difficulty of 10 traits, bidding up to 5 additional Stamina-related Physical Traits. Time becomes extended for those affected by this power, dependent upon how much Temporis the Kairos has. For example, if the Kairos possesses Clotho’s Gift, then 1 minute would become 5, 1 hour would become 5, and so on. The number of additional Stamina-related Physical Traits bid on the challenge determines the maximum number of additional people affected by this power, as noted on the chart below.

The extent of this time dilation is potent, yet fragile. Combat cannot occur under the auspices of this power without ending the effect. Also, for every hour that this power is maintained, the Kairos suffers an unsoakable level of Lethal damage.
