Taciturn Strike: Quietus 2. Potence 3. 8XP

Using the innate supernatural power of silence from Quietus, and the destructive power of Potence, the user can forcibly drive that silence into his adversaries. This gives him the peace and quiet needed to accomplish any task.

 

Spend 1 blood and engage in a physical challenge against your opponent, declaring a carrier attack. If the attack is successful, even if no damage is dealt, engage in a physical challenge against the targets stamina. Their retest would be Survival. If successful the target is rendered unable to speak or even make noise. Subsequently the victim would find themselves unable to use any powers that would require any kind of verbal component. Example: Melpominee. Voice of madness. Thaumaturgy. Etc. The duration if this effect is of the Aggressors choosing but can be no less than one (1) round and no more than rounds equal to the Aggressors levels of Quietus(1-5 for PC's)
