Custom Blood Magic: Ritual
Some chronicles allow for their players to develop customized powers for their characters. The following is a compilation of player created custom content in OWBN. At this time, custom content that is created and/or used by vampire PC's is required to be listed.
Advanced Ritual (Pillars, Sadhana, or Geomancy) ((Also was coverent to Hacktivism))
Must like the draining effects of the underground, you have learned how to tap deeper into the very essence of the target's soul. A stronger version of Drain the Well, this ritual also sacrifices a being to steal their essence. Much like the heretical secrets of Dark Thaumaturgy, and other nefarious rituals in other paradigms, the victim’s soul is totally destroyed to take their magical essence. This power is a plot reward, and may not be taught.
System: This power only works on a victim that has some form of sorcery (or innate magic ability). As part of the ritual, the user must kill the target. If successful, the user may use a single level of a path or ritual off the victim’s sorcery list. This may only be used once, but a poor victim with Lure of Flames may give the user the ability to use Engulf once.
