By way of this ritual the Houngan severs the mystical bond that others use to track or spy on an individual and redirects it to that of a specially prepared doll. Any attempts at mystically tracking or spying on the individual instead are redirected to the doll instead.

The caster must create a doll that symbolically represents the target of this ritual. The individual who this ritual is being cast on must soak the doll in one trait of their blood. The houngan then appeases the Loa to intervene and misdirect any form of blood magic that attempts to spy or track the individual. If successful, for the remainder of the evening any Blood Magic that attempts to track or spy on the individual will instead be directed to the specially prepared doll instead. Such blood magic includes but is not limited to: Scry, Illuminate the Trail of Prey, Knowing Stone, etc.

Each preparation of this ritual will only protect against one attempt to magically track or spy on the caster.
