Introduction and Background:
HI, I'm Todd A. Currently I'm the Inquisition Subcoord, and have been an HST in the org for over 10 years. I started gaming in OWBN in 2012 in Ohio, and started STing in 2013. I have run games in Ohio, Chicago, and currently in Arizona. I have spent many years in leadership positions in places I have worked helping others grow and acheive their goals. I strive to lift others up and help them grow.

Olá, sou Todd A. Atualmente sou o Subcoord da Inquisição e sou HST na organização há mais de 10 anos. Comecei a jogar no OWBN em 2012 em Ohio e comecei no STing em 2013. Joguei jogos em Ohio, Chicago e atualmente no Arizona. Passei muitos anos em posições de liderança em lugares onde trabalhei ajudando outras pessoas a crescer e alcançar seus objetivos. Eu me esforço para elevar os outros e ajudá-los a crescer.
Administrative Experience:
Within OWBN I have planned and run 10 mini-events, and three national events which are Anarchy in the Desert, Blood and Ice Sabbat and Ecumenical Council, Both Anarchy in the Desert and Ecumencial counil I have hosted and planned twice, Blood and Ice Sabbat I have been on staff for three years planning and executing the game.I have been on storyteller stsaff for 10+ years manaing sheets, tracking downtimes, and plot. Outside of OWBN I am an Operations Manager which requries me to track many diffferent departments productivity and report different metrics to Senior Leadership. I have spent time working for Non-Profits planning and running volunteer events.

Dentro da OWBN planejei e executei 10 minieventos e três eventos nacionais que são Anarquia no Deserto, Sabá de Sangue e Gelo e Conselho Ecumênico, Anarquia no Deserto e Conselho Ecumencial que organizei e planejei duas vezes, Sabá de Sangue e Gelo Estou na equipe há três anos planejando e executando o jogo. Estou no contador de histórias stsaff há mais de 10 anos gerenciando planilhas, rastreando tempos de inatividade e enredo. Fora da OWBN, sou Gerente de Operações, o que exige que eu acompanhe a produtividade de muitos departamentos diferentes e relate diferentes métricas para a Liderança Sênior. Passei um tempo trabalhando para organizações sem fins lucrativos, planejando e realizando eventos voluntários.
Personal Statement:
I am a rule keeper. I'm someone that sticks hard to rules as they written. I do not stand for CoC violations and will ensure fair but firm handling of violations.

Goals:
My Goals as AHC would be to ensure unbiased and fair handling of all situations that are brought to the office in a swift manner. I also wish to see every issue brought to the Executive team gets at least a response evenif it cannot be addressed immediately.
