Introduction and Background:
Hi, my name is Pedro, and I've been part of OWBN since 2008, always having CH as my main character. During that time I played some roles in some chronicles, mainly those from Pernambuco, where I lived for 33 years and currently I am in charge of the recently created Portugal by Night, the city where I currently live. I've been assistant narrator, narrator, Head Storyteller and in the organization I've helped some coordinators including being Nosferatu Sub-coordinator from 2010 to 2014 and AHC 1 in 2021 I was part of the Executive Team together with Kevin and Danielle where I was in charge of problems involving the chronicles of Brazil and translations.
In addition, I made many friends and I consider myself well connected with the chronicles here in Brazil, having traveled to some regional and other national meetings, I have great memories of the events and the people, obviously I was also stressed at times with the results of some actions, but not letting it go. interfere with my relationship with people.

Olá, meu nome é Pedro, e faço parte do OWBN desde 2008, sempre tendo CH, como meu personagem principal. Nesse tempo desempenhei algumas funções em algumas crônicas, principalmente as de Pernambuco, onde morei por 33 anos e atualmente estou a frente da recém criada Portugal by Night, Cidade onde moro atualmente . Já fui narrador-assistente, narrador, Head Storyteller e na organização já ajudei alguns coordenadores inclusive sendo Sub-coordenador Nosferatu de 2010 a 2014 e AHC 1 no ano de 2021 fiz parte do Executive Team juntamente com o Kevin e a Danielle onde fiquei a frente de problemas envolvendo as crônicas do brasil e traduções.
Além disso fiz muitos amigos e me considero bem relacionado com as crônicas aqui pelo Brasil tendo viajado para alguns encontros regionais e outros nacionais, tenho ótimas lembranças dos eventos e das pessoas obviamente também me estressei algumas vezes com resultados de algumas ações, mas não deixando isto interferir no meu relacionamento com as pessoas.
Administrative Experience:
As a Nosferatu sub coordinator for four years, I focused on creating and bringing the Nosferatu scenario to life, especially in Brazil, placing the state of Acre as Nosferatu territory and developing part of the scenario in the state in particular topics that should be preserved from the inconstancy of changes. of narration in the chronicles. Especially integrating Archangellus, probably the oldest character in Brazilian scenarios, to an interconnected scenario.
As AHC I was responsible for solving the problems involving the Brazilian chronicles with the executive team, where I believe I did a good job, always with a good dialogue and bringing a solution that was good for both parties
In addition, I like to keep records of my activities, organizing information, I believe that is why being part of my work has become a habit and I know the importance of records and their connection, making a cohesive and fair work for those who accept to be involved in it.

Como sub coordenador Nosferatu por quatro anos, e me foquei em criar e dar vida ao cenário Nosferatu, especialmente no Brasil, colocando o estado do Acre como território Nosferatu e desenvolvendo parte do cenário no estado em especial tópicos que deveriam ser preservados das inconstâncias das mudanças de narração nas crônicas. Em especial integrando Archangellus, provavelmente o personagem mais antigo nos cenários brasileiros, a um cenário interconectado.
Como AHC fiquei responsável por resolver os problemas envolvendo as crônicas brasileiras junto ao executive team, onde acredito ter realizado um bom trabalho, sempre com um bom diálogo e trazendo uma solução que fosse bom para ambas as partes
Além disso, gosto de manter registros das minhas atividades, organizando informações, acredito que por isso ser parte do meu trabalho acabou se tornando um hábito e sei da importância dos registros e da conexão destes fazendo um trabalho coeso e justo para quem aceitar se envolver nele.
Personal Statement:
I believe I have good ideas to improve the organization's integration and propose good stories for this integration to be done both inside and outside the game. I have the ability to organize proposals adaptable to each style of play of the different chronicles that make up the organization. I have good friends and good contacts with several chronicles in Brazil and abroad and I can have a good “political” acceptance in the subgroups that make up the OWBN.
Personal Statement (Portuguese):
Acredito ter boas ideias para melhorar a integração da organização e propor boas histórias para que esta integração seja feita tanto dentro quanto fora do jogo. Tenho capacidade de organizar propostas adaptáveis a cada estilo de jogo das diferentes crônicas que integram a organização. Tenho bons amigos e bons contatos com várias crônicas no Brasil e fora e posso ter uma boa aceitação “política” nos subgrupos que fazem o OWBN.
Goals:
My main objective is to give regionality to the plots set in Brazil and protagonism to the participation of Brazilians in global plots. We have a rich culture that can be approached and incredible history involving various European, African, Asian and Native cultures. I miss some of these themes being worked on in a more integrated aspect contextualizing the history of Brazil to the OWBN scenario.
Despite being part of the executive team, I feel that there is still a lack of greater participation of Brazilians in global plots, even having some participating is not something that draws attention as I believe it should, I even believe that global plots should be the main point of playing in an organization like the OWBN.
Goals (Portuguese):
Meu principal objetivo é dar regionalidade às tramas passadas no Brasil e protagonismo a participação dos brasileiros em tramas globais. Temos uma cultura rica que pode ser abordada e história incrível envolvendo várias culturas européias, africanas, asiáticas e nativas. Sinto falta de alguns destes temas serem trabalhados em um aspecto mais integrado contextualizando a história do Brasil ao cenário do OWBN.
Apesar de fazer parte do time executivo, sinto que ainda falte uma maior participação dos Brasileiros em tramas globais, mesmo tendo alguns participando não é algo que chame atenção como acredito que deveria, inclusive acredito que as tramas globais deveriam ser o ponto principal de se jogar em uma organização como o OWBN.
