Additional Information:
Dues shall be set at $20 USD per chronicle per year. Dues will first be set aside for the yearly OWBN server and banking/paypal costs. Dues must be paid by January 31st of each calendar year.
Please be aware that ANYONE can pay for your chronicle using paypal. The payer does not have to be a chronicle staff member, the payer does not need an OWBN website account. All they need is a paypal account.
I highly urge you to pay using Paypal, as it is the easiest method.
