As CM for Ann Arbor, Tower of Broken Glass, I am proposing an exception to the following bylaw:

Chronicles
1. Chronicle Boundaries and Control
  1. Chronicles have full control over the events inside of their boundaries. These boundaries are registered with the Membership Coordinator, but should be well known to surrounding chronicles. Storytellers wishing to run scenes in another chronicles boundaries must first obtain permission from a Storyteller from that chronicle. A chronicle may only claim territory that is considered a reasonable distance from its IC location.

USA - Texas - Bexar County,

USA - Texas - Medina County

USA - Texas - Uvalde County

USA - Texas - Kinney County

The territories requested would be for a Satellite game - this game would be an online Anarch game primary in Discord, similar to 3R and 3D, and the territories claimed would be relinquished to the game when they apply for Probationary status.

Currently from what I understand, the game has about 10 interested players, but being online may garner more as time goes on.

The only currently taken territory in Texas is Dallas.

I can answer any questions; as well as the Satellite STs (as one is on Council) - however, I will be out at my foam weapons LARP from tomorrow at about 4:00 pm and will not be back on email until late Sunday. I will endevour to get to any questions at that time if I haven't before I leave.
