It's been a long time coming and without further ado, here's the 2018 Anarch Packet!
I'd like to thank my team for their help putting this together.

As I have been asked by more players to vote against then vote for, I must vote against this. I would also like to comment for all those watching at home, that you will see the Majority of Anarch centric games in this org are voting against it, while it seems we have quite a few Non-Anarch, and even Non Vampire- Garou games voting for it.
