Per White Wolf's new guidelines just released I am proposing that all coordinators are allowed to edit their existing packets to allow for the required changes per the new Dark Pact guidelines.

This is so every single coordinator doesn't have to make a whole bunch of proposals to council to edit each individual packet just to be in compliance with White Wolf's Requirements.

To be clear this proposal will ONLY allow coordinators to make edits to existing OWbN packets to place them in compliance with new Dark Pact guidelines.
