I, Robert S, In accordance with my duties as Demon Coordinator I here by propose adding the following to 10.h.ii

6. Extended play possession by a demon PC Majority vote, NPC Coordinator Notify-Coordinator: Demon

a. Considered to be continued play beyond 6 months from the date the character comes to fall under one of these categories. The vote needs to be proposed before the 6th months mark, or be shelved until the vote concludes.

b. Any entity possessed or inhabited by a Demon or gaining investment based powers, benefits or traits in a manner consistent with being Thrall, Diabolist, or a Demon.

     i. Demons are defined as entities controlled by the Demon Coordinator, such as Spirits, Earth-Bound, and Fallen.
ii. Fallen pcs possession of a non-supernatural body are exempt from this.

Justifications:
I feel that this should not be something that is a possible every day occurrence to happen to pcs. Currently spirits that fall under the Changing breeds office already fall under the same restrictions. Now I could be mistaken, but if I am correct before the bylaws were streamlined it was included in a catch all. Currently it is unrestricted. In white wolf canon there are examples of long term possession or attempts at it. They are the exception with few bodies able to contain the power of most greater demons. Even in the case of fallen they have been stripped of much of their power which enables them to take a host. While many may ask if this is a current issue. I believe in fixing something before it is and avoid putting band aids on wounds.

Note: This proposal does not require a second, and will autopass if no objection is made.
i. Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.
1. If no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable. Once passed these are considered binding to all chronicles and a chronicles refusal to adhere is grounds for OWBN disciplinary measures. Opposition must be in regards to the content of the proposal and must give those reasons why the objection is voiced. This is to allow Coordinator's the opportunity to respond and/or make changes/remove the proposal and its contents.
