I William Lee, everyone's favorite Ravnos coordinator, would like to add the following to the bylaws;
G.2.d.21: Gypsy Lore 4 and 5
Simple as that. No kool aid man option on no grandfathering, and I see the confusion as it was meant for 4 and 5.
