[Proposal] Revision to Administrative Bylaw 4.B.v.1

Election Reform proposal #1:

I hereby propose the following revision to Administrative Bylaw 4.B.v:

v.     The Ballot will be posted on the Council, ST, and OWBN-OOC mailing lists at the beginning of the vote discussion period.

1.     It is recommended that a chronicle’s Council Representative communicate with the chronicle’s players and staff that they represent that elections are occurring, and to communicate with regards to the chronicle’s vote.

In the above amendment, I added (1.) because there’s obviously a very different method varying from chronicle to chronicle with respect and expectations of how they determine their vote and discuss with their games. While this is a recommendation and thus unnecessary, many people aren’t aware that it’s their right to ask their Council Representatives about Elections and to get involved in reading the applications and being able to have their CMs ask the candidates questions during the Discussion period. I added this so that people know they can ask their CMs about Elections and can chose to get involved in their choice.
