I Propose to remove the entry of "True Anarch Tremere" from section 3.C.i. Rare of the R&U bylaws and to remove "Anarch Tremere (Pyramid Loyal)" from section 3.D.i. Coord Approval of the R&U bylaws.
To replace these I propose to add "Anarch Tremere" to section 3.D.i Coord Approval of the R&U Bylaws.
This is just further cleaning up multiple entries that pertain the same things.
This Proposal has the support of the Tremere Coord.
