Webminister Timeline

While I am not opposed to the eventual Elected Position of Webmaster in theory, I feel at this juncture it would be detrimental to the Org, and a set back after all the work that has gone into the website already. I wish to mitigate that possible damage by finding a way to work with an Elected Webmaster without undoing all that has come before. I feel the prop below will give those who want that position (should it be voted in) time to be on the team and learn the system we are working with, as well as allow the Migration to be complete. With this in mind:

I hereby propose the following:

In regards to the creation of an Elected Webmaster position: Should this position be changed via further props by Council, to an Elected Position as opposed to an Appointed Position, the position would not eligible for election until next coord election season. At that time, we would vote in a New Webmaster along with the other Coords. Until next elections, the HC will maintain the site, and appoint a webteam as needed. This will serve the purpose of allowing the current site migration and old site maintenance to continue uninterrupted, as well as give the org a chance to fully evaluate the function of the new server, which was previously voted in.
