I propose the following changes be made to Character Regulation Bylaws Section 9.b.iv
Add Rogue Assamite Sorcerers to Coord Approval (Section 9.b.iv) placing them under the jurisdiction of the Assamite Coordinator.
Rogue Assamite Sorcerers include any who practice Assamite Sorcery out-of-clan. Characters that have already been notified as previously required will be grandfathered in for this purpose.
