I hereby propose the following to make the status ofwithdrawls and immediate re-proposals clear so that
they are not lost or misunderstood in the bulk of
emails from Council:
Addition to Administrative Bylaws:
3.G) Withdrawl and Revising an Immediate Re-Proposal
i) If a Proposal is made and Withdrawn during its
discussion period in order to alter, fix, or otherwise
adjust the proposal, and is then re-Proposed within
one (1) week of the Withdrawl, the author will now
substitute "[Re-Proposal]" in the subject line of the
email instead of "[Proposal]" (per 3.A.i.2).
