PROPOSAL :
I propose the moving of the position of Ravnos Coord in the Coordinator Bylaws from 2.A.vi as an Appointed position to 1.B.ii.13 to become an Elected position.
BACKGROUND :
Over the years, the Ravnos presence has steadily increased to become significantly more noticeable in many areas than just NPC presence -or- a PC every couple states.
