Imkhu - Those souls who were granted the Ritual of Life by the Cult of Ises in ages past and recently experienced the new Ritual of Life under Osiris. - PC: not allowed, NPC: not allowed (note - only 13 in existence; coordinator may bring in NPC's from books as per bylaws only)
(Reason - only 13 in existence, and too old for PC).

Please remember, if any category is considered R&U in any way, shape or form, the character, PC or NPC, regardless of Council s involvement, must be registered with the R&U Coord.
