AAAAHHH it's the Halloween bylaw verbage:
iii) Genre Co-ordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion. (1) If no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable. Once passed these are considered binding to all chronicles and a chronicles refusal to adhere is grounds for OWBN disciplinary measures.

Attached is the revision to the Koldunism packet. As Tzimisce Co-ordinator I am bringing this to council with high hopes.

As per that book, Way of Spirit does three things: lets you extend your senses over an area, pierce Obfuscate as if it were Auspex, and channel other Koldunic Ways. It does *not* let you pierce Obfuscate, Chimerstry, or other similar powers, or let you see into the Umbra/Astral Plane/Shadowlands/Arcadia/Malfeas/Land of Oz. I will not support any packet that allows it to do these things. Clairvoyance/ clairaudience, Obfuscoping, and WIELDING LAVA FROM FIVE MILES AWAY is plenty broken enough. Way of Spirit doesn't need MORE crack. In this case, no ''fix'' is better than this horrible ''fix.'' |
