Correction to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii

I propose that the following change be made to the Coordinator Bylaw, Section 3.C.iii.
Change the phrase, "Clan and Justicar Coordinators" to "Genre Coordinators".
The current phrasing prevents the Genre Coordinators that are not Clan
and/or Justicar Coordinators as well (Sabbat, Changing Breed, etcetera) from
utilizing the Genre Coordinator powers in the Coordinator Bylaws, Section
3.C.iii in regards to "bringing plot, enforced policy, or binding edict[s]"
to Council.
