I propose that the following change be made to the Coordinator Bylaw, section 2, subsection C.
Change the phrase, "Section 4" to the phrase "Section 3, Subsection C".

The Coordinator Bylaws do not contain a Section 4 currently and the change in wording returns to the Appointed Genre Coordinators the rights and duties of Genre Coordinators, within the additional restrictions listed in the Coordinator Bylaws 2.C, which changes since the installment of the current wording have eliminated. Without a correction although Appointed Genre Coordinators are, "the recognized authority on their respective genres," they receive no rights/duties to enforce or act upon this recognized authority.
