(1) The chronicle may submit any chronicle disciplinary actions to the elected Archivist via their bi-monthly chronicle report, who then will compile and maintain a record of all members given chronicle disciplinary actions. This list will be available to any ST, Council Member, or Coordinator within OWBN. They may ask the Archivist for the list of players, or may inquire after a particular member in that regard.

Now if there is suddenly a move to override intra-chronicle discipline by the overall org, then we have a problem, but I don't see that here.

Also, what would be the process to remove a name from the list? Will the names be kept on there for eternity, or will they be removed if the applicable strikes are removed?

I brought it up on Council and wrote the original bylaw for reporting it. The concensus was that it would be optional, not mandatory. I don't see any reason why this should be changed.

AHC 1	For	This is ALREADY IN EFFECT... all this will do is align the bylaws to the previous reporting bylaw change that passed a few weeks ago. We missed an entry when it passed, and without passing this bylaw there will be a conflict of wording and we seek to fix this for consistency. By the way guys - this is already on your reporting form. It just notes ''Diciplinary actions given'' as well as ''Disciplinary actions removed'' - which covers the removal. There is nothing as dramatic as damned for eternity OOC. ;) These stay as a part of the chronicle reports, not as an independant list. IF you disagree with reporting disciplinary measures - I would encourage you to vote for this proposal to fix the bylaws to not have conflicting verbage, then propose to change it after this has passed.
