St. Petersburg, FL - USA, Faces of Change | Yes
Los Angeles, CA - USA, La Sangre De Los Angeles | No | It'll fall between the cracks. |
Saint Paul, MN - USA, Obsidian Towers | No
Iowa City, IA - USA, Fields of Rage | No | Sending in a report every other month is not that difficult, considering how simple the web submission format is to use. How often will people remember what happened 3 months ago and report it accurately? The way we have it is just fine. |
Milwaukee, WI - USA, Nocturnal Rapture | No
Cleveland, OH - USA, An Uncertain Destiny | No
Philadelphia, PA - USA, Nusquam | Yes
Indianapolis, IN - USA, Stars Never Rise | No | We need more communication and fostering interaction between chronicles, not less. |
Auburn, CA - USA, Lux Tenebras | No
Norwalk, CT - USA, Rails of Revolution | Yes
Providence, RI - USA, Hidden Flame | Yes
Atlanta, GA - USA, Whispers of Atlanta | Yes
Fargo, ND - USA, Within Shadow's Reach | Yes
Cleveland, OH - USA, Carpe Noctum | Yes
Cincinnati, OH - USA, Shadows of Cincinnati | No
Columbus, OH - USA, Columbus in Darkness | Yes
Washington, DC - USA, Shadows on the Mall | Yes | Less reports = good in my book |
Phoenix, AZ - USA, Secundus Surrectum | No
Harrisonburg, VA: Death in the Valley | No | This is a band aid fix and does not address all aspects of reporting. As council is fond of saying, let's fix it...not just put a band aid on it. A longer letter will be posted on the ST and Council list. Re: The home chronicle vote - I actually brought the discussion up, but Blair wrote the Prop and Sean seconded it. Jenn, Archivist |
Iowa City, IA - USA, L'Ange Noir | No
Annapolis, MD - USA, Vitae Aeternus | Yes | Making Quarterly reports makes sense in an organization like OWBN. |
Bradenton, FL - USA, Chaos & Entropy | No | Less reports mean less communication org-wide. Some chronicles seem to slack on reporting now. With this prop, missing 2 reports means missing half a year! Who knows what's been going on in a game we haven't heard from in that long? Besides, is writing two extra reports a year really that difficult of a task? And maybe I'm a mental midget but ''every even numbered month'' is pretty easy to remember. Specific months, i'll forget. |
Edwardsville, IL - USA, Caught in Eternal Twilight | Yes | Chronicle Reports have nothing to do with interaction between chronicles. We don't go around reading eachothers Chronicle Reports anyway. Interaction between chronicles has to be done by the individual STs. It makes perfect sense to streamline chronicle reports to make them quarterly rather than every other month. Also, this will help to get rid of any confusion chronicles have when it comes to which months they need to report. |
AHC 2 | No | After speaking with the Archivist and seeing her objection to the initial posting of this prop I am against this alteration of the Bylaws. The Archivist wishes to fix the reporting process for the organization and a quick fix or 'Bylaw Bandaid' will not solve the issue. Ian |

Reclamation | No | There is little communication enough between games, I do not see any reason to promote it slowing down. |
