Chicago, IL - USA, Dark Requiem | Against | I believe that our highest levels of leadership should be enabled and encouraged to weigh in on issues that affect the organization, and I feel that taking away their ability to vote only further hampers their ability to lead. |
Fredericksburg, VA - USA, Caine's Chosen: Liberty in Death | Against | I think my position on this prop was well stated on the council list and after talking with my ST's they agree with me in everything I said. |

Annapolis, MD - USA, Vitae Aeternus | For | My staff and I stand behind this prop for many reasons. Mostly we believe that the chronicles of this organization should decide the direction of the org. As it it written currently the exec team holds a total of 3 council votes all together. That means that they can turn the tide of a vote that the majority of chronicles have voted either for or against. That in my opinion isn't what the spirit of the executive team's voting bylaw is all about. They should really only get one vote on council, Not 3. That way they still have the ability to show us which direction they want the org to go in. |
Edwardsville, IL - USA, Caught in Eternal Twilight | For | It makes no sense for the Executive team to have 3 votes. While we don't disagree with them having a voice in voting procedures, there is no reason that they should have 3 votes. We agree with Vitae on the idea that the chronicles of the organization should be the deciding factor on the direction(s) that the organization takes. |

AHC 1 | Against | |
AHC 2 | Abstain | For Russ (since I abuse my powers by voting for/against on votes for the Exec team) I will say this. This vote will not only remove the 'AHC', but it will ALSO deny an AHC the right to have ANY vote on council (when there are CMs that can have more than one vote). Shoot ALL other Coords can have a vote but NOT the AHCs. Well we can 2nd a prop (woot!) Oh and I guess we can Object to Genre props as well (double woot!) That quote from Teddy Roosevelt comes to mind. |

Chronicle/Position Unknown | Against | As the orginal proposer of the Bylaw in question, I still support it. The Executive team is chosen by Council vote. They are important to this organization. For them to not have full voting and proposing power would leave their positions as little more than ceremonial. I don't see their positions this way. Edit: I apologize. I misremembered what I orginially proposed. I proposed proposal and seconding rights for the Exec Team members, not voting rights. Sorry for the confusion. Regardless, that doesn't change the reasoning behind the vote, so it remains. |
