Introduction, Background, and Administrative Experience:

I will endeavor to keep this application as short and as to the point as possible this year...

I have many years of administrative experience in and out of the Organization. Within the Organization at local levels, I have held the roles of Storyteller and Council Representative of multiple chronicles, and managed a game joining the Org as a Storyteller (this current version of the Indianapolis game). At an Organization level, I am now running for my fifth term on the Executive Team. I have spent three years as an Assistant Head Coordinator, and a year as Head Coordinator.

Goals:

I intend to further administrate the Organization in a method to bring it streamlined processes and Bylaw laws. I would like to attempt to review the Bylaws to strip out some of the less important laws in order to get our Bylaws down to a manageable size.

I would also like to continue to get the Bylaws translated into Portugese.

I would like to help organize a newcomer's packet, which could be a simple and straight-forward entry into the Org for new games. Right now, the amount of Bylaws, Packets, and Council Resolutions make it difficult for new games to catch up to speed with the Organization's rich and deep history, both OOC and IC.

Personal Statement:

I did a great deal of work on streamlining our Bylaws, and further, keeping the Bylaws up to date. Our current Bylaws are ever so slightly out of date, which I intend to rectify very soon because I need to re-format every single one of the Bylaws by hand due to a hard drive failure (this mistake of not keeping a backup of the Word file won't happen again).

The streamlining of the Bylaws was a major goal and project I passionately pursued this year, and intend to revisit in this upcoming term if re-elected.
