[AUTOPASS] [BYLAW REVISION] Updating Exec Extensions on BBP

THIS PROPOSAL HAS THE POTENTIAL TO AUTOPASS

I, Chase Jelliffe, as Assistant Head Coordinator, hereby propose the addition of the following to the Character Bylaws:

Add Bylaw 10.c.3.a

3. If for some reason the Coordinator is not able to make this decision within the time frame, an extension can be requested to the Executive Team. The Coordinator must request the extension before the period ends.

1. The Executive Team may, at its discretion, extend the time frame if the Coordinator is unreachable, unable to respond, or if the Coordinator position becomes vacant for any reason.

Reasoning: 

Updating this bylaw to account for situations in which a request for an extension can’t be made.
