This is to have Alternate Temporis from MET Journal 1(also found in Dirt Secrets of the Black Hand) to be in-line with the Brujah Packet. This will regulate this Discipline for all Non-Kairos, Epicene, and True Brujah. This will give this group something unique and specific to them.

Reasoning: This is due to Alternate Temporis only being available for the three Brujah Bloodlines that have Temporis in-clan, it also ties up a loose end with Alternate Temporis being purchased by Characters without Coordinator oversight.
