[AUTOPASS] [PACKET] Sabbat Faction Packet Update 3.0

I, Adam Sartori, in my Duties as Sabbat Coordinator of One World by Night propose the following Packet Update for the Sabbat Genre.

3.C.iii.Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

Hey all!  With the passing of the Sabbat Thaumaturgy Packet, I have pulled all the blood magic from the faction packet and made a few minor edits (Thanks to Sarah for the new Orthodoxy Symbol).  Thus, as promised, making this packet much smaller in size!

 

To be clear, this packet update has NO MAJOR Changes to what's already been passed by council!

 

Thus it technically has legacy, but doesn't actually matter, i didn't make any manner changes.  Just some formatting, symbols, and removing the blood magic.

 

This SHOULD be my last packet update for this term!
