[AUTOPASS] [BYLAW REVISION] [PACKET] OWBN Sabbat Thaumaturgy Packet 2.0

I, Adam Sartori, in my Duties as Sabbat Coordinator of One World by Night propose the following Packet for the Sabbat Genre.

3.C.iii.Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

Well then...You have spoken and I have heard.  That failed...I prolly should have been more clear. My goal was to test this ST approval thing in Sabbat as an example for other genres to emulate if it worked...but..I hear ya!

 

Anyways, THIS VERSION!

 

I took out the ST Approval level stuff for PCs and Pedro Magica (also should have mentioned that had Tremere coord support, but meh wasn't a hill im willing to die on.  No Biggie!).  I did NOT take out Levinbolt though, as it seems some CMs thought that was new.

 

I want to be clear on the Levinbolt path.  That Path is currently in the list of Paths for Bacaban in the OWBN Sabbat Faction Packet.  That passed already, that was done under Matt some time ago.  So again, to be clear, that's not a new addition in this packet.

 

That SHOULD deal with 99% of the objections to the Packet.

 

To be clear, this version?  It remains Coordinator Approval for PCs and I just unregulated Sabbat NPCs with it.  That way STs can at least have those tools without needed to come to me for them.

 

Largely this packet is now...a Fluff Change and Pulling the already passed stuff from the Sabbat Faction Packet out into its own packet.

 

Oh...and the Bio Thaumaturgy stuff...which I thought again was clear in the packet.  those are SUGGESTED MET rules, not binding MET Rules.  Use them or don't as you desire!
