[AUTOPASS] [PACKET] Setite Bloodlines and Cults Packet

THIS PROPOSAL HAS THE POTENTIAL TO AUTO-PASS

 

This proposal is made in accordance with the Coordinator Bylaws, section 3.C. (Subsections ii. and iii.):

3. Coordinator Duties

C. Genre Coordinators

iii. Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

   1. If no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable. Once passed these are considered binding to all chronicles and a chronicles refusal to adhere is grounds for OWBN disciplinary measures. Opposition must be in regards to the content of the proposal and must give those reasons why the objection is voiced. This is to allow Coordinator's the opportunity to respond and/or make changes/remove the proposal and its contents.


Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii, as the Setite Coordinator, I, Alexander Tomasi, in my duties as said Coordinator, hereby propose the following Setite Bloodlines and Cults Packet.

So! New Packet? Yes!

Is there anything new in it? Yes!

Anything mechanical? No!

So what is new? The Children of Loki Cult from V20 has been added!

So why a new full packet if you are adding a singular cult? Because, I am using this to narrow down the Follower of Set packet to mainly be on them. While yes it is an additional packet to have to go through it cuts about 15-20 pages from the Followers of Set packet, allowing it to focus on Follower of Set Mechanics! So my plan is then to edit the main packet should this packet pass cutting it down and clarifying some things!

But wait, there was this issue with The Cult of Ecstasy. Did you address that? Yes! I modified the write up of the cult to be in compliance with the bylaws, and added into the disclaimer to please reference Administrative Bylaws D. 2. and D. 3. to stress that even though there are adult themes and actions within this cult it is not an excuse to violate the bylaws nor should topics that would breach said bylaws, be touched with this as an excuse.
