[BYLAW REVISION] [SECOND] [AMENDMENT] Addition to Character Bylaws 7.c.i Try Two

I, Samantha Swanson, CM of Chicago Dark Requiem, hereby propose the following Bylaw Changes:

7. Custom Content

   1. Defined as any sort of power, item or similar listings which has not been printed in a White Wolf/Onyx Path/CCP book.

   2. Custom Content follows the Registration time frame detailed in the Controlled Items section.

   3. Creating Custom Content (Notification items apply to Vampire Players and their playable characters (PCs) only. Items designated as Coordinator Approval apply to both PCs and NPCs)

      1. Restricted Custom Content overseen by Vampire Genre Coordinators

      2. Restricted Custom Content overseen by the Demon Coordinator

      1. Creating Custom Content that mimics/duplicates/copies a Coordinator Controlled Item - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Unregulated - Coordinator: Corresponding R&U holding Coordinator

         1. If the Custom Content mimics/duplicates/copies a Coordinator Controlled item as well as an Unregulated item, it is considered Unregulated for this bylaw.

      2. Restricted Custom Content overseen by Vampire Genre Coordinators

      3. Restricted Custom Content overseen by the Demon Coordinator

It is becoming increasingly apparent that there are players in the organization, who after being told no to a Coordinator Approval Item will instead of accepting the no, choose to make a piece of Custom Content that gives them the same mechanical effect they were seeking with the Coordinator Approved item. This is not acceptable and should not be allowed to continue and I firmly believe that it should be stopped now.
