[OBJECTION] [BYLAW REVISION] [AMENDMENT] Amendment to Character Bylaw 10.f.i.10 - Extended Play Supernatural Possessed redux

I, Josh "Pumpkin" Griep, propose the following addition to Character Bylaws 10.f.i.10

 

Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw section 3.C.iii: Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

10. Extended Play Supernatural Possessed - PC: Majority Vote - NPC: Coordinator Notify - Coordinator: Changing Breeds

 

 

Considered to be continued play beyond 6 months from the date the character comes to fall under one of these categories. The vote needs to be proposed before the 6 months mark or be shelved until the vote concludes.

Any supernatural entity possessed or inhabited by a Triatic or Gaian Spirit or gaining Spirit-based powers, benefits, or taints in a manner consistent with being a Kami, Drone or Fomori. Does not include any creature defined elsewhere in the bylaws as Semi-Supernatural.

 

 

i. Triatic Spirits are defined as Spirits of the Weaver, Wyld, or Wyrm.

ii. Does not apply to supernatural and human Gorgons as they are created exclusively from naturally occurring animals, plants, or minerals.

Does not include any creature defined elsewhere in the bylaws as Semi-Supernatural except for the following Semi Supernatural Templates:

Justification

---------------

This was brought up to me as a potential loophole in the bylaws, I am attempting to close these loopholes that give access to things we have decided are supposed to be a Majority Vote, and makes them ST approval. In my opinion Drones, Kami and Fomori, of any kind do not lend well to player characters, their powers and creation do not have MET writeups, and most games do not have explicit house rules for them. By removing the listed exceptions, now all characters that could potentially fall under loopholes are regulated equally. Now adjusted to let STs use NPCs easier.
