[AUTOPASS] [BYLAW REVISION] Ravnos get cool Ravnos things

 

Why?! I want more for the Ravnos as the new packet comes out (probably next week). The Rom/Ravnos/American have kind of been dismantled through props and plots, so you know what? Let's give PCs some tools and let them have fun. The only ones I left untouched were the Anti ones (as per book they were the biggest post Week of Nightmares). The Anarchs had their own section as American, but I think it's a mistake keeping it trapped there. There are more American Camarilla now (5, oh yeah!), and the anti need some love (as they are by far the hardest to run plot for)

 

The new packet has more for the Anti, and changes to other mechanics. I wanted this out first, so Ravnos (and anti) can go back to both having more at local level and potential trade power. Both have been asked by several players, so let's do it.

 

Also! The Dracian merit will be changing a lot in the new packet. It has had a lot of revisions because it was cooked up to replace Rom, but! The Rom got left in the dust because of it. I plan to fix that.

 

The second part is, when it's Ravnos to Ravnos, I already kind of hand wave these, so let's make the archivist's life easier.
