THIS IS AN EXCEPTION VOTE REQUIRING 2/3 MAJORITY AND REQUIRES A SECOND.
 
I, Chase Jelliffe, as Assistant Head Coordinator, hereby propose that any R&U that was propped for PC's and NPC's before 2/26/2025 illegally by a Genre Coordinator be considered approved by Council and in compliance.
 
This at minimum impacts the below proposals as well as an unknown number before 2013 that do not indicate who propped them.
