[OBJECTION] [BYLAW REVISION] Genre Coords ability to prop PC R&U

THIS PROPOSAL HAS THE POTENTIAL TO AUTOPASS

I, Chase Jelliffe, as Assistant Head Coordinator, hereby propose the following change to Character Bylaw 10.c.i:

10.c.i Before:

3. Registration time frame

   1. Items that require a Council vote may be submitted by the chronicle’s Council Member or the Archivist and, if passed, be registered in the database by the Archivist no more than 10 days after the closing of the vote.

10.c.i After:

3. Registration time frame

   1. Items that require a Council vote may be submitted by the chronicle’s Council Member, the Archivist, or the Genre Coordinator who controls the R&U and, if passed, be registered in the database by the Archivist no more than 10 days after the closing of the vote.

Reasoning: Realized that coordinators do not have the ability to propose R&U they control for PC’s despite having been done in the past. Here are some examples from as far back as 2017, which is 18.5% of R&U votes since then:
