Justification

---------------

As we have grown as an organization, we have come to find various aspects of the original published rules sets to not align or work well within an organization such as OWBN. Unfortunately, this flaw is not one that translates appropriately in a LARP setting and is likely more appropriate to a small Tabletop setting to avoid uncomfortable situations.

Player characters who currently have this flaw on their sheet will need to have plot run to adjust the apparent age of their characters to be 18+ years. The flaw must be removed from their sheets within 30 days of this proposal passing.

For STs/Coordinators that wish to keep existing Vampire NPCs with this flaw, they must submit a request for approval to their appropriate Vampire Sect Coordinator for approval within 30 days of this proposal passing. These NPCs then must be appropriately logged with the Archivist Team if approved.
