[WITHDRAWN] [BYLAW REVISION] Player Age 18+

I, Gabriela Fernandez, as Head Coordinator, hereby propose the addition of Administrative Bylaw 13.C:

13. Player Eligibility Requirements

    3. To participate in One World by Night games, events and functions, all players must be at least 18 years of age.

Reasoning: This proposal is the more stringent version of the initial prop. Reasoning remains the same as the first- setting a standard for participation in One World by Night and that the World of Darkness is traditionally thematically unsuitable for minors.
