[WITHDRAWN] [BYLAW REVISION] Player Age Requirements

I, Gabriela Fernandez, as Head Coordinator, hereby propose the addition of Administrative Bylaw 13.C:

13. Player Eligibility Requirements

    3. To participate in One World by Night games, events and functions, all players must be at least 18 years of age.

       1. Juveniles aged 16 or 17 may participate with a signed written consent from their parent or legal guardian

       2. Chronicles can determine for themselves if they will allow juveniles with signed written consent from their parent or guardian or if they will be an 18+ years of age only game.

Reasoning: This proposal is to set a defined standard for participation in the org with room to accommodate each chronicle’s gaming culture. The World of Darkness is traditionally thematically unsuitable for minors but leeway is given for that choice to be made between the individual who wants to play, the parent or legal guardian of a minor who wants to play, and chronicles hosting games, events and functions.
