[AUTOPASS] [BYLAW REVISION] Clarifying Characters with History with Canon Characters
Open Votes
THIS PROPOSAL HAS THE POTENTIAL TO AUTOPASS
I, Chase Jelliffe, as Assistant Head Coordinator, hereby propose the following change to Character Bylaw 10.e.iii:
10.e.iii Before:
-
Characters with history involving Coordinator or Canon NPCs - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Varies; Coordinator(s) that controls the canonical NPC
10.e.iii After:
-
Characters with backstories involving Coordinator or Canon NPCs - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Varies; Coordinator(s) that controls the canonical NPC
Reasoning: Clarifying as this is intended to give oversight on canon character use in backstories. Your PC needs Gangrel Coordinator approval to have highfived Beckett in their backstory. They don’t need Gangrel Coordinator approval to highfive Beckett now, their character must simply find the NPC to do so, whether that character is in Coordinator controlled territory or being lent to a Chronicle.
Legacy: Yes. Those previously approved keep their approval with this rewrite.
