[BYLAW REVISION] [AUTOPASS] Fixing a Loophole of Talons

Pursuant to bylaw C. iii. Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

I, Virginia Grams, as Gangrel Coordinator, propose the following character by-law revision. All by-law revisions are with legacy. This has the potential to autopass.

This is all to close a loophole that was easily overlooked as it was printed twice and under a different name. This will be no legacy as this was a loophole in the by-laws which would have been used to get around the by-laws.
