This is being proposed with No Legacy.
This proposal has the potential to autopass.
Reasoning: In the beginning of the Second War of the Trees, it made sense to have each level of this lore be Coord Approval, as the Fomorians were thought lost to the mists of Changeling antiquity - and because the White Court of Fomorians maaaaay have had something to do with that last part. However, partly due to the White Court pulling back the Mists when it comes to Prodigals, it’s also time to recognize that this has spread across the org and the first two levels no longer need to be under such heavy regulation.
I'll still be considering Levels 3+ hard, as I don't want to see them ending up in a lore library, but people knowing the basics is reasonable.
