[Proposal][Bylaws][Autopass] Salubri Paths of Enlightenment - The Code of Samiel

Hello everyone, 

This proposal is made in accordance with the Coordinator Bylaws, section 3.C. iii. 

Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, R&U bylaw revision, R&U named characters, Coordinator-NPC Character Resurrections, territory requests, in character enforced policy, or in character binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion.

I, Zachary Cherry, as Salubri Coordinator, propose the following changes to the Character Bylaws. This proposal has the potential to autopass and will not be eligible for legacy exemptions.

1. The Code of Samiel (Path of Vindication)

Rationale: The Code of Samiel is detailed in V20, but the ethics of the path are referred to as “Ethics of Vindication”, which seems to have people rather confused on whether or not the path is called The Code of Samiel or Path of Vindication. I plan to refer to the path as The Code of Samiel from now on, but I put Path of Vindication in here to clarify for those who may be confused.
