[Proposal] [Character Bylaws] "Rite of Fighting the Death Bear"

 

   It was recently pointed out to me by my HST, who is a Gurahl player, that the bylaws hold terms/conditions/rules for Gurahl to be allowed to have or use a Gurahl specific rite.   However the bylaws have a loophole that they don't have any terms/conditions/rules for non-Gurahl.   Essentially making it ST oversight for non-Gurahl and coordinator oversight for Gurahl.    This proposal closes that loophole.

I can only add that this rite is considered "Gurahl Specific" and overall a dire secret of the Breed.   It should not be known outside of their species and if it is, it should be very easy to explain why.

3. Use of the Rite of Fighting the Death Bear by Gurahl or Non-Gurahl on a PC - PC: Majority Vote - NPC: Majority Vote - Coordinator: Changing Breeds

4. Use of the Rite of Fighting the Death Bear by Gurahl or Non-Gurahl on an NPC - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval - Coordinator: Changing Breeds

 

Grandfathering:
None.
As stated above this ritual is rare, even among the Gurahl and should be (In CNMR's Opinion) near unheard of for Non-Gurahl to have learned this ritual.    Those that may have, should have no issue being able to recount the character altering story in which the Healers of Gaia bestowed upon them the greatest secret of their species.  So long as that story exists, we have every faith that a Grandfathering request to the CBC office will be but a few quick emails of formality.

 

This proposal has the support of the CBC Office, and was discussed with them in advance.
